I just purchased a new 2021 Subaru Forester from Patriot Subaru and have only wonderful things to say about the entire purchase experience. Sara was not only very professional and friendly, but extremely knowledgeable about the Subaru product. I received a more than fair price on the car and got same even with the shortage of vehicles generally at dealerships due to the chip shortage. They did not play this car even though they certainly could have and instead were very competitive with their sale price of the car to me. On top of this even though my trade did not make sense in this particular instance, David in sales was willing to get creative in ways for me to still get trade value for this vehicle if I could work a deal with the third-party company to secure the vehicle from them at same price they were committed to buy the vehicle from me. Last but not least Steve Saucier in Finance was very informative on what could be offered and for the first time in my many years of purchasing experience, I had a finance manager who shared what was available to me for extended warranty coverage but once I said no - not once tried to push or prod me to buy like so many have done before him.
