There was never any pressure. The entire buying experience was smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable. Claston took the time to send photos and videos of the interior and exterior to confirm the vehicle was without any flaws before we drove four hours to the dealership. This really helped us to build trust with Claston before even getting to the dealership. We couldn’t be happier with our new Ram RHO. If you're looking for someone who truly cares about customer satisfaction and goes the extra mile, l highly recommend working with Claston. I would absolutely return - even making the eight hour round trip - for my next vehicle to work with Claston! More

I visited at least 10 different dealerships, and each one told me I needed either a co-signer or a large amount of money down. I understand that my credit isn’t perfect. However, Gaspar and Chris, the manager, worked hard to help me and were able to get me into a nice, dependable vehicle that I absolutely love. This has been a huge help for me and my family, and it’s all thanks to the dedication and effort of Gaspar and Chris. They made the entire process easy and stress-free, and I was able to finance a car on my own. I will gladly recommend Grubbs Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram to anyone I know. I bought a used car and shortly after I drove it off the lot on 12 20 2024, check engine comes on, they reset the light and I drove it again that afternoon and check engine light comes on. They replaced tur lot on 12 20 2024, check engine comes on, they reset the light and I drove it again that afternoon and check engine light comes on. They replaced turbo. And now catalytic converter. They called yesterday and said car may be ready today, 3-22-2025. 2 days after the certified used car warranty expires. I was told they were waiting on parts longer than it took to fix car each time I had it in the shop. More
