Kendrick Jones made this easy As soon as we parked we had some one out to ask if we had been there before and if we had a salesperson in mind. Yes and yes. Kendrick Jones was over As soon as we parked we had some one out to ask if we had been there before and if we had a salesperson in mind. Yes and yes. Kendrick Jones was over in just a couple minutes and made this the 2nd easiest car buying experience I'd ever had. The first is when he helped us 5 years ago. We needed a 3rd row vehicle, whether it was SUV or minivan, and was leaning mini van because of power sliding doors and cost. In relatively short time we had test driven 3 different vans from 2 different lots that Patterson has on their mile of dealerships. During all of this, Kendrick never once tried to rush or pressure us. He was extremely friendly and humorous. Very informative, if he didnt have an answer for our question, he quickly found someone who did. We went on a Saturday, he never complained of losing the day or tried to push us into a finance deal like some dealerships will after many banks are closed. He recommended to us to wait until Monday because he wanted us to get the best deal possible. Even after we found our 1st and 2nd choice, he stuck by us as financing took a little longer than normal. He had no problem with us texting and emailing documents, calling, texting, whatever it took. Which was especially nice because this was out of a building he normally doesn't work out of. The finance guy Chase was great, he seemed concerned that I was upset about the wait and checked on me several times. I understand theres usually only one finance person that has to help everyone. When I finally got in there, he was apologetic and informative. I could tell me really did want me to ask questions if I didnt understand something and did an awesome job at explaining the few things I did ask about. When I leave Patterson, I feel confident and happy with my deals. Kendrick made trading in and picking up the vechiles easy and pain free. The van looked brand new and smelled great.
