Disappointed This is the largest car dealership near me. I've bought at least 4 cars at Patterson, new and used. I was disappointed in their selection this time, This is the largest car dealership near me. I've bought at least 4 cars at Patterson, new and used. I was disappointed in their selection this time, and their service. The deal pricewise in itself could have been better. I purchased a used car on Tuesday, but it had to still be cleaned. It was promised to be ready Fri. It was given to me Saturday, but not cleaned yet. I was then promised to have it shampooed the following week, but have yet to see that happen. My new (used) car doesn't seemlike a new car because of this. I'm sure if they hadn't sold the car priority would be to clean it and get it on the lot. However, priority should be the customer. I would only recommend this dealership to those in my area because it is the largest one. I'm likely to shop in the Dallas/Fort Worth area the next time I need a car. More
