He let us look around the lot and was very helpful once we were ready to test drive. He let us drive two of the CR-Vs which was very helpful in seeing the differences. After I had my mind made up, he made the process as painless as it could be. I had a price that I just couldn't go over and Mr. Craft made sure that he was able to get us in that range.
