The employee, Gerardo, was just a pleasure. He was patient, understanding, and overall the best part of the entire experience. His Spanish really helped explain things to my parents and his work ethic was one I had not seen before. Gerardo was incredibly apt, the most knowledgeable salesman I had ever met, and would not let me walk through a door without him holding it. His service, professionalism, and kindness were outstanding. He seems to exemplify the perfect salesman.
