I had done my homework and to my surprise my offer was accepted. I drove nearly 150 miles to seal the deal. As an added bonus the dealer add ons were included in my price. I was ready to bargain for all weather mats and wheel locks. David was my salesman and he was very helpful. My truck had two pinstripes on the side that I wasn't sure about and David stayed an extra hour helping me peel the pinstripes off (service guy was already gone and I had 150 miles to drive home). I would recommend Patterson Honda. More

Very friendly and professional people I drove over 50 miles to get to this dealership as they had a used car that I located on the internet. I phoned them and made an appointment to drive the car. When I arrived David, the salesperson, was waiting for me out front and had the car ready to drive. David was very professional and answered all of my questions about the car. There was no pressure to buy the car from the salesman, but he was most helpful. I purchased the car that day and am very pleased with the way that I was treated. If I ever need another car I will definitely go back. The dealership is clean and the car, even though it is a used car, was spotless. I generally don't like dealing with car salespeople and managers but this was a whole new experience. More

Spontaneous Purchase After planning a trip in town, (we live out of state) we originally planned to buy a Nissan 370Z. After doing tons of research and decided we finally needed to see the vehicle in person, we were unimpressed as it did not have that "wow factor". On a whim, we passed Honda Patterson, and decided last second to drive through the lot. Will approached us and in conversation we mentioned our experience with Nissan and it brought the attention of the Honda SI that was sitting up in front. His enthusiasm for this car and all it's features made us quite interested..but knowing at that time it was after closing hours, we were certain we weren't able to see it that night. However, he offered to show us the vehicle anyway. Due to his kind gesture, he took the time to take it down from the show ramp, moving other cars out of the way. He let us test drive the vehicle and introduced us to his car sales manager who gave us an offer we almost couldn't refuse. There was never a time did we feel pressured, or obligated to buy it right away, but instead Will gave us multiple chances to talk it over and discuss as he understood this was a sudden/big purchase. After we decided to buy the car, we almost second guessed the decision, and again Will was kind enough to give us time to discuss, and even helped ease us in our concerns. After we sealed the deal with Michelle in finance (who was also fantastic to work with), we were shocked to see Will still sitting in the lobby to ensure everything had went smoothly. By this point it had been 3 hrs past closing. He even drove the car into the showroom to prepare it for detail and pick up at a later time. Since then, we've received follow up phone calls, and emails to make sure we're still satisfied with our purchase. This has been a blessing in disguise and we couldn't of asked for anyone more qualified than Will. The fact that he took time out of his personal doings to take care of his customers, shows a quality in customer service that is far and few between. We highly recommend Will and Patterson Honda if you're looking to purchase a car! More

Expect to be given the utmost attention, priority, and effort from the folks working their sales floor. My salesman went the extra mile to provide the best total package (price, features, add-ons, courtesy vehicle) that he was capable of milking out of the manager. As far as price, I was immediately given a simplified, bottom-line, price from the manager when I arrived. I appreciated this and it was a reasonable offer. But it shouldn't have been surprising that the manager was not willing to negotiate beyond this initial offer (below MSRP of course). I did however manage to coax the salesman to throw in some extra perks without affecting the price so that I felt like I was winning on at least one front in the negotiation war. 4 stars to the dealership and 5 to the sales team! By the way, my salesman was "Sparkles" so ask for him if you want a guy who will work his butt off to get you a good deal. More
