We went to get more info on the 2018 Civic, to include whether to lease or buy. This was our first time thinking to lease so naturally we were skeptical. Kayla Kirk was super helpful in finding my husband and I the specs we were looking for, and Ben McCaffity was able to work with the dealership to get our payments down the price we could afford. Additionally, we had nowhere to park the car (we were in the process of selling our other car) so they offered to let us leave the new Civic there at the dealership until we could come pick it up. When it was time to sign for financing, Michelle Schenck walked us through everything to include the leasing process. Between Kaya helping to find a vehicle, Ben helping with pricing, and Michelle breaking down financing, I knew leasing was the right decision for us. Once we did arrive to pick it up Ben took the time to go through all the specifics, to include the Civic’s technology. I am so grateful for that because I am not tech savvy! Also, I want to send my appreciation to Kayla for calling to check and make sure that everything was good and it all worked out for us :) We really appreciate her taking the time out of her day to do this!
