Outstanding Service! I live in Oklahoma and was in the market for a new 2018 Odyssey. After speaking with countless dealerships from OKC to Dallas, Glenn Howes not only ha I live in Oklahoma and was in the market for a new 2018 Odyssey. After speaking with countless dealerships from OKC to Dallas, Glenn Howes not only had the best price to offer, but provided top-level service from the very first email. With an agreed upon purchase price for the new van, I made the trip down to Patterson Honda in hopes that we could reach a deal on my trade-in and drive away in a new van that same day. I'm so happy to say the amazing service continued when we arrived in person. My kids were able to play in the waiting area while we worked out the details. Glenn, Joey and Michelle were all incredible in getting us the new van we wanted, the trade-in allowance we wanted and even beat our bank's extremely competitive interest rate. I was able to drive away elated with my new purchase, but also knowing I got a great deal and was never taken advantage of. It has now been over 2 months since my purchase and I can confidently say the amazing service doesn't stop after the sale. Glenn and the team at Patterson have continued to be extremely helpful any time I've had to call with a question or needed service. Although I only purchase Honda because they are reliable and last forever (my trade-in was 12 years old!), if for some reason I am back in the market for a car, I will be back to Patterson without a doubt.
