The service was great but I was disappointed in the cost of repair since only Patterson has worked on my car since I bought it new from you and the battery cable was at fault from being stretched to the poi of repair since only Patterson has worked on my car since I bought it new from you and the battery cable was at fault from being stretched to the point it did not make contact and required towing and repair due to no fault of my own. Brian and Jim were , as usual wonderful to work with and I appreciate their quick help in getting the repair done. More
