Always very professional and caring staff. The work they did on my 2017 Honda Pilot was installation of a light kit for a trailer hitch and an oil change. I was in able to get a ride on their shuttle to the mall for the over 2 hour period of time that it took to complete the work and was kept informed of the process. I live over an hour away and will schedule other maintenance projects with Patterson Honda although I do believe the new name will be Foundation Honda, hoping all the great employees and their professionalism is part of the transition.
