I drove 130 miles each way for my new Honda and, overall, it was worth every mile. First, let’s talk about my sales person, Roni. What more can I say that hasn’t already been said. By herself. LOL! Seriously, she was helpful, knowledgeable, charming and, most importantly, treated me as if I were a friend or family member. Not the typical car sales experience for sure. Pricing. Patterson Honda boasts about their Fast Pass, easy buying experience. That is not as simple as they would lead you to believe. If I was disappointed in anything it was that the deal I was given online was WAY different than the one presented when I went in. After a few back and forth offers, I finally met Cody, the Sales Manager. I understood that we are in interesting times with low supply and high prices but I was also in a position where I had an excellent car that I would only trade if the deal was right. Cody made it happen. Finally, there’s Joey in the finance office. I wasn’t financing so there wasn’t much paperwork to sign but it still took over an hour. Why? Joey was so friendly that we wound up chatting like two long lost buddies. I will add that I was greeted by several other employees during my visit and, while I didn’t get all their names, everyone was extremely friendly and courteous. More
