While traveling alone across Texas my oil change indicator message came on right as I was approaching Wichita Falls around 6:30 pm. Knowing I was on a pretty tight schedule I had my husband check indicator message came on right as I was approaching Wichita Falls around 6:30 pm. Knowing I was on a pretty tight schedule I had my husband check for a Honda dealership so I could get there first thing in the morning for an oil change. He pulled up the website and gave me the name, address and time it opened, however he gave me the wrong time. So I got up thinking I was going to miss my arrival time I had hoped for at my end destination. I grabbed the phone book in the motel & realized my husband had given me the sales department opening time instead of the service department. So I called & found they could get me in ASAP. I was so impressed with the friendly staff and how quickly I was back on the road. The waiting room & restrooms were impeccably clean. The employees I dealt with were outstanding! I was back on the road so quickly I was able to pick up my grandson at school & surprise him. More
