I made the appointment 2 weeks in advance. When I arrived the service man had pulled all my information. Besides routine maintenance I was also wanting repairs on the entertainment panel. It would work then wouldn’t work. Several Honda dealers tried to fix it. I was told Honda had determined the problem but it would take several hours to fix. They gave me a loaner. I appreciated that very much. The problem has NOW been resolved! More
