I bought the vehicle and 2 hours into the trip back to Odessa the AC unit goes out on the vehicle. I took it to a local mechanic and almost 1560 dollars later the car was fixed. Patterson reimbursed me fo Odessa the AC unit goes out on the vehicle. I took it to a local mechanic and almost 1560 dollars later the car was fixed. Patterson reimbursed me for 449.00. I paid 1100 out of pocket. Your GM didn’t even have the common courtesy to even call me to discuss. I went through the salesman who was a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely purchase another car from the salesman but not from Patterson. If your GM can’t even place a call to a customer having issues with a vehicle that was purchased then Patterson will get no more business from me. Like I told the salesman…. I will be in the market for another vehicle next year and another a year or so after that. I did exactly what I said I was going to do regarding the purchase or the vehicle, drove up to Wichita Falls and picked it up. The AC went out in Anson so I had to drive the rest of the way back to Odessa in 100 degree heat. I really hope you don’t treat all your customers this way. Like I said ……… I won’t be buying from Patterson again. Michael More
