Had a great experience again with Patterson’s! They got me the car I wanted within six hours. I wanted black and they didn’t have it but a place in Frisco did so they went abs got it. Their communication and customer service is not good. When I showed up for my appointment and after waiting 30 minutes, they tell me the brake pads they ordered the week before were not in. This is something they should have known the day before and could have called me before I cancelled my morning plans and drove all the way there for my appointment. The previous time I went and had to wait 3 hours because apparently the message wasn’t relayed that I was there waiting. I will not be back any time soon. More
