Used to shop exclusively at Pattersons. Got a oil change and I asked if car washes were still included with oil changes? They are not. Then I was informed that on top of the expected tire rotation, I also and I asked if car washes were still included with oil changes? They are not. Then I was informed that on top of the expected tire rotation, I also supposedly needed a differential oil change?? THE CAR HAS 10000 miles on it and this was the first service and has not even seen dusty/dirty conditions !! Finally, apparently Pattersons can't even clean the windshield when someone brings a car in for a $55 oil change? FYI, Legends Honda in Lawton includes tire rotation for free with an oil change... Therefore, in addition to shopping for new Hondas in Lawton we will also get our service completed in Lawton!! This is after 10 years of faithfully shopping at Pattersons... More
