First of all when he did the diagnostic test they told me that I need certain things that I already had done spark plugs had them put on shocks and struts had them put on before I even got there! Without a doubt the staff are above par, from the greeter, service advisor and cashier. I had an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation and the whole process took 1 hour and 45 minutes wit greeter, service advisor and cashier.
