My Pilot would not start so I had it towed in. They did a system check and every thing check out ok. The care and customer support at this facility is outstanding. They explained what the prices of each process was and asked permission to perform inspections to me before they did them. They also warned me about a problematic area on my vehicle and asked permission to repair it. At other dealerships, they charge you without your consent. Then the other dealerships add the price of tax and labor to your fee. More
