Our experience with salesman Juan DeLaCruz was handled very well. However, after going through the interview with Mr. Crawford in the finance office I was dissatisfied. I asked him for copies of all of very well. However, after going through the interview with Mr. Crawford in the finance office I was dissatisfied. I asked him for copies of all of the documents that I had signed, and was informed that the dealership was "paperless"; but he would send everything to us by email --probaby before we left the dealership. I verified the address, but no documents have been received (five days later). We are now driving a vehicle (fully paid for) for which we have no proof of ownership. More
