One of the reasons I purchased my car at the dealership is because the service department is top notch. The reason for the 3 stars is it took a week to fix the problem and when I got the car back it had 80 additional miles on it. The service rep was very nice and gave me a loaner car while they worked on min problem and when I got the car back it had 80 additional miles on it.
