After talking to Rob in service, I felt taken care of , I just knew he would fix my JAYCO Motorhome back to where it was at before the vandalism someone did to it. Pretty sorry. Bought a used vehicle and extended warranty thru PM. Had some issues with AC and trans and dropped it off with service. After they had the car for th Bought a used vehicle and extended warranty thru PM. Had some issues with AC and trans and dropped it off with service. After they had the car for three weeks they notified us they fixed the AC and could not even diagnose the trans. After still having issues took it to a dealer in London, ky who found the AC system was grossly overcharged and simply serviced the trans. Thanks for PM for charging us a couple hundred so that we could turn around and pay someone else to fix the problems. More
