Even when issues arose (as they will with any car sale) Barry was respectful and sincere, and he was able to solve any problems and get us all the features we were looking for, or more, at no additional price (since we had already agreed on a price and he stuck to it). When I asked, he was even able to give me a fair trade-in value on my 2006 Mustang, since we were purchasing 2 new cars. Of course, no sale is perfect, and there were some paperwork issues and problems with the bank's cooperation, but I'd be quicker to blame the bank and not Paul Miller Ford. Admittedly, our circumstances were not necessarily common, but in the end, we own 2 new cars, and at a financing rate we are happy with. More
