We were trading in a 2010 Lexus RX350, a SUV that we had kept in excellent condition and were extremely proud of. Mr. Ketron saw we wanted a SUV that we would be just as proud to own. Mr. Ketron understood the reason for trading cars was the need of something larger. He set about to get the best deal for us, a deal we felt was fair. Didn't pickup vehicle until 5 days later and was handed a envelope with the papers inside by a different finance person - still no explaning.
