We were treated fairly, and Andy was very friendly and helpful (as was the other salesman we worked with.) Andy promptly answered every question I had, and he was not pushy. I feel that I should have gotten about $2,000 more off of the MSRP than I did (a decision that should have been granted by manager), and my trade-in should have gotten $1,000 more (again, manager's call.) Overall, the experience was good. A salesman even 'babysat' our children while we were signing papers. The man who helped us in financing wasn't as knowledgable as he should have been (he had to keep making many phone calls to ask questions), and he talked so much that it left me feeling exhausted. We were in a rush, so I'm sure that made things more stressful for him, but I could have done with a little more quiet time and less sales at that point. I like for people to answer my questions, tell me their opinion, and then leave it at that. I don't need a pitch, especially when the negotiating portion of the deal should have been over. I recommend Andy and the salesman who acquaints you with all of the features of your car upon arrival. Unfortunately, I don't remember his name. More

Thanks for the way Mr. Strong’s sale staff handled themselves. Mr. Barry Wilson was kind and courteous as he worked diligently to accommodate our needs. He never rushed us to make a decision nor did he attempt a hard sale. To make sure we were satisfied, he informed us of all our options and he allowed us to test drive two different vehicles the Explorer and the Flex and we settled on the latter, the Ford Flex. My buying experience was pleasurable and I would highly recommend your dealership and your staff to my friend for future purchases. It says a lot, that I would pass by at least two Ford dealerships just to shop at Paul Miller Ford. Your Dealership really lives up to reputation of excellent. I don't ever find buying a car to be a *fun* experience, but I'm very satisfied with the deal we reached. We took our time with negotiating a price (the process actually took almost a week), which was partl but I'm very satisfied with the deal we reached. In the end, I think we got a beautiful vehicle at a price better than we expected. In fact, we were running two other deals across town on very comparable vehicles, and we got the best deal by over $1000 at Paul Miller. Thanks Andy. More
I came to the dealership knowing what I was looking for.
