Wally Branson my contact with the service department was very friendly and had my Escape ready in very short order as I brought it in for it's first oil and filter change. The car looked great and the shuttle service was handy My Mazda went in for it's scheduled Auto Butler treatment and was returned to me looking clean and shiny.
