There was a question of my Service contract, Mike quickly agreed to wave current charges and to check with sales person to see if I did have that service contract, Amber then called the next day to see if my service was OK, I told her what had happened and she talked to Mike in service and found out that he had talked to salesman and found out that I did have the 2 year service contract. She quicklt called me back to let me know. She was very pleasant and helpful. I recently bought a Ford C-Max Energi and I am looking forward to having that car serviced at Paul Miller. More
