Lack of service after the sale I bought a 2014 Mazda 3 in October 2013. Twice, the car would not start. I also had a problem with the car creeping forward when stopped at a stopligh I bought a 2014 Mazda 3 in October 2013. Twice, the car would not start. I also had a problem with the car creeping forward when stopped at a stoplight. Twice I took the car into the Mazda dealership for service. Twice, I was turned away. The first time the service rep told he he knew nothing about Mazdas but everything about Nissans. Great except I had a Mazda and was at the Mazda dealership. The second time I took the car in I was told Paul Miller Mazda could only afford to hire 2 Mazda trained techs because they didn't sell enough Mazdas to afford hiring more. This was my 6th Mazda. I had bought 5 of them at Paul Miller Mazda. The second time I was turned away, I drove down the road to another dealership and three days later, traded my Mazda for a vehicle that amazingly starts and stops. I must say that Mazda sales manager Gary Settles tried to help. I should also say I never encountered a problem with the Ford service team. They were always great, prompt and got the job done right the first time. My problem was soley with the Mazda service department. More
