Took my CRV in due to messages appearing on screen. Samantha was amazing and got me in. I was from out of town. We left thinking the problem was fixed and then it appeared again. I work nearby but live an hour away. One day my Accord started making a noise, which I was almost certain was cause by a rock, but I didn't want to drive the hour home without being sur One day my Accord started making a noise, which I was almost certain was cause by a rock, but I didn't want to drive the hour home without being sure. I stopped in without an appointment, where I was immediately met by a super nice CSR. She got a tech to check it out immediately and I was leaving 10 minutes later. They removed the rock and didn't charge me. First class service! I'm pretty sure it was Betty, but whoever it was was the best. Thank you! More
