Although I waited all day to even start the process. It went smoothly. Ashley was very kind and helpful as well as Josh. Chip the salesperson was a little distracted, but to his credit, he had three dif It went smoothly. Ashley was very kind and helpful as well as Josh. Chip the salesperson was a little distracted, but to his credit, he had three difference customers that day. One unexpected and the other two had appointments at the same time which is why I waited all day. At one point I was ready to walk away, but Ashley came in at just the right time. Ended up buying an Ascent that day, but by that time I was too tired to enjoy the ride home. Haven't touched the car since driving it home 4 days ago. All in all it was a good experience. Ashley worked with me to get the numbers that I was comfortable with. I would recommend them to anyone that ask. Actually I looked at the Ascent in 2019 when they first came out and I do believe Chip was the salesman that rode with me around the parking lot. Always wanted one and they made it happen. More
