They did not even get in the car and ride with her, but wanted me to come there and ride with them. Being a shade tree machanic of American cars, I knew the tires were cupped when she took it up there, but I wanted to know why. They balanced the tires and sent my wife down the road with the same shaking car. Now I still have to replace struts at for another 1000$ at a shop that is not the dealership. It’s ridiculous. More

Wash Subaru The service was ok. I got a loaner which I’m glad it was an outback. However they did not do a good job cleaning the Subaru. The inside was not vac The service was ok. I got a loaner which I’m glad it was an outback. However they did not do a good job cleaning the Subaru. The inside was not vacuumed and the tires were not shined. I bought a2018 Outback Touring. That’s the high end of the Subaru ‘s. I expect better care of the cleaning details than what I got. I brought the Subaru in for it’s regular service maintenance, I was just VERY disappointed in the cleaning/details. More

When asking for a customer-friendly service - as recommended by Subaru America reps - Service Manager Rick Hammons was a completely unprofessional, mi When asking for a customer-friendly service - as recommended by Subaru America reps - Service Manager Rick Hammons was a completely unprofessional, misogynistic jerk. He treated me like a second-class citizen for voicing a concern and making a simple recommendation for improved customer service. He spoke to me in a patronizing tone and dismissed my feedback as if I were wasting his time. Even though the Service Advisor Brian was understanding and tried to accommodate my service requests, xxxxx Hammons was an incompetent bully. I'm not even sure how he's held that position...must not deal with women or professionals much. I will travel out of state if I ever have to deal with an authorized Subaru dealer again. More
Liars I talked to one of their internet people and they told me nothing but lies. They said I could trade in my current vehicle on a newer one for the same I talked to one of their internet people and they told me nothing but lies. They said I could trade in my current vehicle on a newer one for the same payments plus never replied after a couple questions later. Ended up driving 2 hours to get told I had to have $8,000 cash or my payments would be $300 more a month. xxxxty service. More
