Surprising! Greg Scales (sales) and Jerry Warfield (manager) went above and beyond with me in my car search. Once I had decided on a vehicle (I even changed my m Greg Scales (sales) and Jerry Warfield (manager) went above and beyond with me in my car search. Once I had decided on a vehicle (I even changed my mind once), Greg sat in the car, programmed my radio stations and navigation system, and explained every little detail in such a way that I actually remembered when I got home. He also helped me move ALL my items from my old car to new one, even installing a car seat in the process. Jerry prepared the paperwork and he was always so helpful and had such a relaxed and friendly attitude .They both helped me in every way possible, without pressure, and made it an enjoyable experience. I love my new car--thanks, guys! More

It was great, very relaxing never felt pushed. I must say the five star rating we gave is due to the personal care we got from the sales person. Car purchase Chip Burns did a fine job of working with us. Chip spent time with my 21 year old daughter and he spoke with her respectfully as an adult and he neve Chip Burns did a fine job of working with us. Chip spent time with my 21 year old daughter and he spoke with her respectfully as an adult and he never treated her as a little girl. Chip was patient given the back issues I have and with explaining the advances in technology since I had not purchased a new car in several years. The Paul Moak prices were very competitive which I appreciated. The lone negative was with the financing representative. In the introductory comments I said that I work as a financial planner. I carefully read the loan proposal and the finance rep asked sarcastically, "Are you sure that you are a financial planner?" My wife heard this as well and we both agreed that we heard the wise crack correctly. The irony of this matter is the finance rep made an error in his paperwork which necessitated us re-signing the loan agreement days later. At the re-signing of the paperwork, there was no apology offered for the error by this representative. Please know that I am not trying to get this man into trouble. On the other hand, if I had an employee that behaved this way, I would want to know of the incident. More
