Paulding Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram - Service Center

Went in to have 3 recalls completed on my Ram 1500. I was promptly greeted and out in about an hour. Test drove a new truck while I was there and will be back when ready to buy. thanks!

I was in and out in just over an hour...I was only there in response to two recall notices I had received for my ‘17 Pacifica. It was estimated that each would require an hour but all was completed in a very timely 90 minutes which I spent in their new and spacious customer lounge!

Had a recall. Done real good. Was there only an hour and a half. Was pleased. Had some coffee and looked at some new cars.

Quick, courteous and quality service from start to finsh. It was a pleasure to work with such a squared away dealership. I made an appointment, delivered the truck a little early, but they jumped right on it and had me out the door ASAP. Great job guys

I purchased one vehicle there and will be the last. I am Dodge person and have owned a few to say the least but this dealership has seen too many changes over the years. They can't get it right. I am not one to complain but I have always received below average service with them and sales thats another story in itself. I have to go to them for somethings because of factory recalls and what nots but I recommend you go else where if you want to purchase or service your vehicle. We had are 2016 Journey worked on and they did a outstanding job. They are very friendly and the service was done very fast and we were on are way home.

Everything was fine except for the fact my car was done a long time before it was given to me. Who ever did the repair failed to give it the person that checked me. Ricardo came to my rescue and I got my car.

After scheduling an appt to get a recall inspection. I was still left standing around looking for someone to help. Then I was told that the service advisor that was assigned for my time slot left.
