We bought a car from you with the stipulation that the front bumper be fixed. It’s just recently fallen lose again and they said it looked like it was bandaided. We tried to get a hold of Walter and he no front bumper be fixed. It’s just recently fallen lose again and they said it looked like it was bandaided. We tried to get a hold of Walter and he no longer works there. He gave us another name and everytime we call he’s “unavailable” we had to take it to an independent body shop to fix ourselves $1400. This is unexceptionable since your company was supposed to have handled this properly when we were buying it. We were also told there was no return policy so we were stuck with a product you sold us and “patched” instead of fixing properly. Very unprofessional and will not be recommending you guys to anyone More

It's sad when you get a good price on a vechicle only to get no service on issues after the fact. I was told a service item (ford pass module) was needed to fix my new ford bronco. It was taken back to serv get no service on issues after the fact. I was told a service item (ford pass module) was needed to fix my new ford bronco. It was taken back to service and I left thinking the part was ordered (because I was told it was ordered). I came in person last week and was told it would be another few days and Will (who was not there) would contact me to set up appt. (never happened). Now I am told the part was never ordered and I have to bring my truck in for it to be diagnosed before the part will be ordered. So disappointed. More
