I purchased my jeep from the dealer before Peddler took it over. I have used your service department exclusively ever since. When I brought my car is for service for an oil change, I always received a it over. I have used your service department exclusively ever since. When I brought my car is for service for an oil change, I always received a summary of car health, brake lining, tire wear, guild review, etc. Peddler did keep that going for a while, now it is no longer included in my service unless I pay over $100 for it. If find that your service has gone down hill. When I pulled up, I mentioned I had a clicking noise coming from my engine and asked to have to looked at. I was told that I would would need to leave my car for 3 to 4 days. I find this incredibly poor service, it can’t possibly take 4 days to diagnose an issue. Again, over the years, any issue I had was promptly looked at with our having to keep my car there for diagnosis. I was told that you were short staffed and that was the reason. I would ask you, why would I continue to use your service department exclusively anymore given that I can go to Jiffy Lube for a simple service for oil change? Also, something as simple as putting a new sticker on my windshield for my mileage for my next change was not done. Due to your degrading service, you not only lost a client, I will also never use you again for my next Jeep. More
