Gave them a 15 min out update, hoping everything would be ready and good to go. Zoey, who I had been in main contact with, responded with “see you soon!” When I got there they said the car sold 45 minutes ago. No call, no heads up, even though they knew I was making the drive, in traffic, to get there. Zoey, didn’t even come out to introduce herself or acknowledge or apologize for the situation. Coward. Completely unprofessional if you ask me. More
