To say I am disappointed is an understatement. I took work off early to drive down from Orange County to look at a specific car I was going to buy. I called before I left to confirm, made it clear since I was making the longer drive I didn’t want to waste either of our times. Gave them a 15 min out update, hoping everything would be ready and good to go. Zoey, who I had been in main contact with, responded with “see you soon!” When I got there they said the car sold 45 minutes ago. No call, no heads up, even though they knew I was making the drive, in traffic, to get there. Zoey, didn’t even come out to introduce herself or acknowledge or apologize for the situation. Coward. Completely unprofessional if you ask me. More

I brought my vehicle in for a warranty repair. They supposedly did a thorough evaluation. The sheet said my oil level was good. They refused to do any work on the car u set warranty. I brought it They supposedly did a thorough evaluation. The sheet said my oil level was good. They refused to do any work on the car u set warranty. I brought it home. Replaced coils and plugs. When I checked the oil there was nothing on the dip stick. Absolutely nothing which made me think it was me. I ended up adding 3 quarts to get it full. Two things, one they did not check the oil or they are incompetent. Also the engine is burning oil which means it is failing at 83k miles. That should warrant some kind of repair under the manufacturers warranty. Very disappointing. More
