I would not consider purchasing a vehicle from this dealership again. I purchased a vehicle in mid-November through my credit union's Autoland service. At the time of purchase, the front windshield was dealership again. I purchased a vehicle in mid-November through my credit union's Autoland service. At the time of purchase, the front windshield was cracked, and I was assured that this issue would be documented on the due bill and resolved without concern. Over the following weeks, I made multiple attempts--at least six--to schedule the windshield repair. I communicated directly with Larry, whom I understood to be a manager. On several occasions, I was told that the service would be scheduled "early next week," yet I was never contacted by the service department, nor was any action taken. Despite repeated apologies, there was no follow-through over a period of more than two months. Due to the lack of accountability and failure to honor documented commitments, I ultimately reported the matter to my credit union to prevent future purchases through this dealership. Unfortunately, this experience demonstrated a significant lack of professionalism and follow-through. More

Gave them a 15 min out update, hoping everything would be ready and good to go. Zoey, who I had been in main contact with, responded with “see you soon!” When I got there they said the car sold 45 minutes ago. No call, no heads up, even though they knew I was making the drive, in traffic, to get there. Zoey, didn’t even come out to introduce herself or acknowledge or apologize for the situation. Coward. Completely unprofessional if you ask me. More
