The dealer fixed what was broken at the second attempt! .. though that need for a second bite at the cherry apparently wasn’t a dealer issue but a defective part initially sent. Last September I bought a Hyundai Palisade from this dealership. I must say it was a good experience making a purchase from them. I recently went back to purchase another car, and what a different attitude from the sales staff. My experience was nothing but misrepresentation, rudeness and overall a great deal of B S. I honestly could not understand why such a change. I was told and did not verify that the company had been sold and or a change in the general management. I purchased my new Santa Fe yesterday from Carlsbad and it was a great experience. Not only did I receive a substantial price reduction than any other dealer would offer, the staff was extremely accommodating. I would not under any circumstance recommend the Poway Dealership. More
