After a very bad experience at another dealership, I went to Poway Hyundai and received a completely different experience. I told the team at Poway, "I'm here to do business, and buy two cars, so let's get to the point". And they were to the point. Clear. Concise. Accurate. Up Front. Easy Math. No running back and forth between the sales manager and salesman. I hate that run-around that other dealerships do. Nope, I made ONE offer - a reasonable offer - and the sales manager immediately agreed. You know what that says? That speaks volumes on the character of the salesmen and what leeway their owner is willing to give them. I was serviced by Zane, Shane, Sean, Chris, Harry which encompassed the Sales, Finance, Internet departments. ALL were excellent and were crucial in the sale of two vehicles to me. I would definitely come back. I love to see an dealer owner treat their people right, it shows immediately.
