Pedder Hyundai of Poway

For the past 20+ years I’ve been going to Poway Hyundai now Pedder Hyundai. I have always been so happy with them whether it being the buying of several cars or having service done. They always exceeded my now Pedder Hyundai. I have always been so happy with them whether it being the buying of several cars or having service done. They always exceeded my expectations. However, this most recent visit for my 15k mile service did not meet or exceed my expectations. My car was finally done after almost 3 hours when I was initially told an hour and a half then when it was finally done after I asked when it was gonna be done there was grease all over the passenger side seat. Granted they did clean it up, but when I got home there was grease all over the glove box where they went into change the inside air filter. They used to be so perfect in checking everything before they handed you your keys. I’m not sure what happened this time. More
