I’ve taken my vehicle there under warranty for 5 years. Oil changes, cracked my oil pan. Wrong oil put in. Tires supposedly rotated but weren’t. Door trim replaced and now I have wings since edges stick out. Trim bubbling , replaced and bubbling again. Software update on invoice says customer requested….i never requested. Software update glitch now and my vehicle jerks and shifts rough with crap gas mileage. 14mpg. Returned to explain the shifting problem and jerking, advisor pretended not to know anything about the cause. Even Hyundai has addressed the software glitch. This is just my experience and I don’t want to throw anyone under bus but xxxx! More

As I was on medication, and could not drive, Ryan drove me home, about 30 minutes, to ensure the car, and me got home safely. Awesome service! George took care of all our finances. He gave us a thorough brief on all the after-sale products and protections. On the ones we declined, he was extremely professional, no pushing or trying to get us to change our minds. No presssure, actually a very pleasureable experience. The entire dealership went out of their way to ensure we were totally delighted by our experience! Well done! More
