The Service Members have always been very nice and easy to work with. They are real professionals who treat all their customers very well. When my wife and I were interested in moving to an EV, we went to Pedder (because it's close to our home) to test drive the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and 6. We were lucky enough to have Moses handle our inquiries as h went to Pedder (because it's close to our home) to test drive the Hyundai Ioniq 5 and 6. We were lucky enough to have Moses handle our inquiries as he is very knowledgeable and personable. We got lease pricing from Moses and then proceeded to request similar quotes from the other Hyundai dealerships in San Diego county. After receiving the requested information, we reached out to Moses to see if he could offer us a better lease payment and he was able to provide us with a payment we felt comfortable with having. Since bringing home the car, we've had several questions about the vehicles operation and Moses has been quick to respond to my emails. I would say that the only issue we had at the dealership was that they appeared to be woefully understaffed while we were there. Moses had to leave us sitting several times as other potential customers arrived at the dealership and there was no one else to take care of their needs. More
Quick, reliable, service, and a polite service representative answered all my questions. Drive from Kearny Mesa cause hate the service in Clairemont.
