Jason was fantastic. Very quickly established that he could work with us on a 2 for 1 deal trading in our old cars. The back and forth to get to the price we wanted was m Very quickly established that he could work with us on a 2 for 1 deal trading in our old cars. The back and forth to get to the price we wanted was much, much quicker than normal and refreshingly we settled on very close to our original ceiling. Given the difficulties with the trade-ins (lease mileage on one and negative equity on the other) we couldn't be happier with the outcome and with our new Ioniq 5. The only downside was the finance department got stuck in a long transaction so we had to wait quite a while to sign the paperwork. Minor issue though. More
