I’m not sure there is anything you can do at this point. Not tightening lug nuts is an egregious error. Thinh did a great job of handling it for me and I’m assuming the vehicle was inspected properly for damage but based on the lug nut issue I don’t hold a lot of confidence in that. The additional failure of no management coming to or even calling me after to discuss is almost as bad. It clearly shows clients aren’t valued. I shouldn’t have to tell you how customer service works. If I was truly valued as a client, I would have heard from someone by now not after I’ve provided a poor review. That’s a top down issue. Hopefully no issues will arise from this and when the vehicle lease is up I will turn it in. We will part ways as dealer/client at that point.
