My service advisor, Tony, quickly set up my appointment to provide Sonata's warranty on my transmission. He arranged a rental car and kept me informed about the repair status. Before I knew it the car was to provide Sonata's warranty on my transmission. He arranged a rental car and kept me informed about the repair status. Overall good experience. One problem -- they did a bit of bait and switch on the interest rate. Do not trust their loan agent. The service department did a great timely job having our car serviced. Jason McQuarrie, was the service consultant, he was very friendly and provided great service. We had the first appointment and waited car serviced. Jason McQuarrie, was the service consultant, he was very friendly and provided great service.
