I called my service advisor, Tony Espinosa, about my 2016 Hyundai Sonata having trouble with the automatic transmission. He immediately scheduled a repair appointment. I turned in the car and he provided me Hyundai Sonata having trouble with the automatic transmission. He immediately scheduled a repair appointment. I turned in the car and he provided me with transportation to a rental car agency while my car was being repaired. After it was repaired he was able to get it done even though there were supply train issues. I am happy with Tony's follow-up while the repairs were ongoing, and his possitive attitude.
