Lack of Urgency I experienced a lack of urgency when dealing with their finance department. I tried to contact the finance personnel who helped me when I bought my ca I experienced a lack of urgency when dealing with their finance department. I tried to contact the finance personnel who helped me when I bought my car for a week and a half after I bought my car and never heard back. I asked if another finance personnel can help me with what I wanted to do and they said no. Due to the lack of urgency, I ended up having to come into the dealership to request the cancellation of "extra extended warranty and the prevention plan". Not only was it taken care of by a different finance manager (contrary to the response I received over the phone) but it was done in 10 minutes by filing out a simple cancellation request form. More
