Worst Customer Service I called last night to try and make an appointment for my vehicle and the first woman I spoke with was incredibly rude. I was greeted with a HUGE atti I called last night to try and make an appointment for my vehicle and the first woman I spoke with was incredibly rude. I was greeted with a HUGE attitude on the other line saying "can I help you?" ... I politely said "yes, may I please speak with someone to make an appointment" and she said I had the wrong department and that the department I needed had been closed. So she gave me the number for the department to make an appointment. This morning I had called the number she provided and was again greeted with the BIGGEST attitude I've ever encountered when calling a customer service department. I had politely asked again that I was looking to make an appointment. I asked which department I was even calling to make sure I had the right place because she had never mentioned the WHOLE time where I was calling. It was ridiculous. I had meant to be getting ahold of the Poway Toyota, however accidentally called the Poway Hyundai instead. However I didn't know this until I had to ask and she replied with an attitude again. I have never experienced so much unprofessionalism in my life. I have worked in customer service for 8 years and that is no way to have treated a potential customer. I wish I had gotten both of these ladies' names, however they didn't provide it. They never provided any information until I had to ask. I was treated with the worst attitudes and it was a disgusting experience. Even if I did have a Hyundai and was intentionally trying to get service done at the Poway Hyundai location, my interaction with your customer service staff would have definitely driven me away to look for service elsewhere. When I got the right number for Poway Toyota, they answered with a friendly "Hello, thank you for calling Poway Toyota Customer Service Department, How may I help you?" Now, THAT is how a professional facility should operation. I hope that you look into who is working your customer service and put them through intensive training on how to respect and talk to customers correctly. There was no professionalism and I would never take my service there. I would give 0 stars however there was no option for that. Customer Service is about Friendliness, which there was none. More

Upon arrival to the site we were met by a polite and helpful young man Maartan, he answered our questions and took us for a test drive, the vehicle operated nicely and the price was reasonable, besides Poway Hyundai offered a 500.00 dollars Military Discount. BAIT AND SWITCH!! BEWARE!! BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! BEWARE!! We went in to buy a car. We test drove, waited 2+ hours to speak to a manager, etc. Eventually, we had to leave. The s BAIT AND SWITCH!!!! BEWARE!! We went in to buy a car. We test drove, waited 2+ hours to speak to a manager, etc. Eventually, we had to leave. The sales guy (Wesley) could not give us a real price (only a manager can do that), so he asked us what we were willing to pay. I gave him a number, and he said he would be surprised if his manager would go that low, but he would ask. The next day, he calls me to tell him his manager approved the price. We go over fees, taxes, incentives, availability, etc. It is confirmed in writing. I ask him whether I need to come in right away, or can I wait a couple days. He says the price is good through the end of the month. A few days later, I tell him I want to come in and buy the car. All of the sudden, he isn't so eager. I'm still getting text messages with the price, but today's a busy day, he's off tomorrow, etc. Eventually, he finds a time to meet with us, just over a week since our initial visit. But then, he suddenly says he needs to confirm the price with his manager. The manager says no. I ask to speak with the manager. He isn't available, and doesn't call me. I go in at the time schedule. Wesley isn't there. I speak with a manager, Steve, who isn't sure he can do the price agreed (I have the offer in writing). Steve tries to talk me into a more expensive model. I tell him I want the car we agreed to at the agreed price. He will call me. Still waiting for that call. More
