CS Jason- I felt he was rude to fellow his staff trying to help me. I arrived a few minutes to my appt. And I understand there are people waiting as well. Your rep, CS Noe or Nue, tried to help me. He went to help me. I arrived a few minutes to my appt. And I understand there are people waiting as well. Your rep, CS Noe or Nue, tried to help me. He went to Jason’s desk looked for my file, subsequently Jason slammed his hand on his desk preventing Noe/Nue from helping me. It was my first oil change service. How complicated could it have been for someone else to help me. I’m not exaggerating when I say slammed his hand down. There were three other CS reps that literally sat there doing nothing, but were willing to help and they are prevented from doing so. As a result of Jason’s action, you could feel the tension in the room and sense the toxic work environment. Unfortunately, I had to deal with Jason and I had no desire to do so after that. He was kind at first, but was rather condescending when he told me I would have to wait 2-3 hours for service. I was quite prepared for the wait before hand. It’s not like I haven’t done this before. For my next visit, I would prefer someone else then Jason. Thanks. More

It has been excellent experience and love the way my issue has been taken care. I got a loner vehicle while my car is getting serviced which was really good as it took around 10 days to get the issue re issue has been taken care.
