I received an email from Alex Vuko a These guys really know how to waste your time. I was referred here by a kbb instant cash offer for an inspection. I received an email from Alex Vuko asking to set up at time to get the inspection done and get the offer. He said not to waste anyone’s time what I was looking to get for the car, I said $1200-1500. In his reply he said that seemed reasonable and to bring the car in. Once I got the car over there and they did the inspection, Alex came back with an offer of “$100 to take it off your hands” his reasoning being the car, a Saab is no longer made which makes parts more expensive and there is no demand for them. That is understandable but is all information he had before bringing me in and saying that $1200-1500 sounded reasonable. Big waste of time. Will never consider doing any business with them again! More
